Yeah, mine are all hand-calc numbers. My overhead has told me 24 before while I'm getting 18, lol. Having 10% larger than stock injectors only throws it off further...

When all the ricers think it's a 4.0 so you race them saying all I got is an intake, throttle body and exhaust.

When a silly 4 banger of a Mitsubishi eclipse claims it'll smoke you're 5.2. So you make him put his money where his mouth is

I love that. I was in my ram 1500 5.9L (sitting on 35s) and this dodge neon srt4 decided to test me...we were at the red light side by side. I violently did alittle power braking, just enough to hold the tires from spinning. Light turned green, bye bye 4cylinder. I was doing every bit of 85mph in a 45mph zone...true duals were screaming, redlined in first and second.

I can't wait to supercharge my ZJ. My only concerns are rejiggering the electronics (gonna run megasquirt/megashift) and upgrading the tranny. 4 liters of straight 6 supercharged power sounds even more attractive to me than a V8 now. I mean it's like I can take the great power band on the 4.0, and just move it upward.

Supercharging a 5.9L would be even more amazing.

I do not subscribe to this niner nonsense. There is no reason to drop a 5.9 into a 4.0 or 5.2 engine bay. It actually reduces your options.

Besides, I like the six. It has a good power band and plenty of room in the bay to work with.

How does it reduce your options? Exact same block as a 5.2 only difference is that the 5.9 is externally balanced vs the 5.2 internal balance. Other than that its the same thing. How would the limit your options? I'd say it opens up a whole new can of worms and get have quite a bit of power with not a ton of work, and NA vs what you will get out of a boosted 4.0 which probably won't be much more than a stock 5.9. Yeah a boosted 4.0 would be sweet. But it's just not my motor of choice if I want any power.

i do miss my ram 1500 for that "stfu ricer" rumble... i made a couple ricers stop revving their little weed whackers at stop lights

5.9 with glass pack.. no dual exhaust though... i wanted to but never did get around to it
