I had a Pathfinder and I got stuck once in it, in all the time I owned it. That was the day I found out my auto hubs had blown up. It was too muddy to get Matt's truck in, so we had to push it out. By hand.

Wish I'd had a ZJ around...

Bought mine from po that couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. Was babied all it's life never seen sand, mud etc... Now it's seen all and still stock until I can afford to start putting big $$$ in it. And it still out does lifted trucks and SUVs. Stock ZJ or not I have love for all of them. It's not about what's been done etc... It's about the love for the jeep and appreciation of it.

When you are all getting ready to head out and everybody who isn't driving wants to ride with you.

Got it stuck. It's still stuck. It's so stuck I could call insurance and say it was stolen and no one would ever know. It's so stuck I don't know anyone with a capable enough 4x4 to even to to where I got stuck to winch or yank me out.

When ur sitting in ur zj at 315am,have an ice cold budweiser (not driving, at a friends, enjoying the cool air outside, keys are inside) and you totally forget about said beer cause you are oogling your new (baja tough brand from advanceautoparts) offroad lights and thing of where to install them.

Also, when you are super low on gas and it gets you home. Then, at 3am, you go to start, and its out of fuel. My zj pissed me off cause i had to walk 2 miles, .5 with an empty 5 gallon can, 1.5 with a full can. But when i turbed the corner and saw my zj, i remembered how awesome it is with all its problems.

giving tlc to my zj

97 zj with 5.2. 30x10.5s. Planning on a np242 swap, 3-4"lift and 32s or 33s.

When you have a mechanic check out something you can't figure out and he points out all the other flaws that are "normal" for you.

QFT

The Pathfinder only squeaked as much, because it was 20 years old and had loose hinges from the previous owner's accident.

you come home at 11:00 and find some jerkoff used your driveway as his own personal parking lot.
park appropriately and leave a note on his wiper "drive through this MOFO" knowing that there is no way he can hurt the ZJ

Also QFT. I'd "accidentally" hook it where it shouldn't go on ****wit's car. Then park by the curb anyway, make it look like I was never involved.

I'd pay to see the look on the driver's face when they come outside to a missing car.
