I went to get gas today, and all 6 pumps had a zj at them. Wish i had my phone at the time for a pic. One was a 4slow, three were 5.2's one was a 9er, the other was a 95 9er swap.

Next to Ford's 4.9, IMHO it's one of the best gas engine ever made

like i told my neighbor who was watching me (for some reason) a clean jeep is a happy jeep, unless its muddy.
Mine is muddy just got back from the trails, buddy and myself went before work. An now we parked next to 3 other jeeps all of which are spot clean and were caked in mud.

When even after you have spent every dime you own, gives you hard times and yet your refuse to buy anything else due to owning the best jeep ever!

4slow?

That's not what my fuel economy and superb mechanical reliability are telling me.

There are only 2 engines I've seen with similar reliability to the 4.0: Nissan VG30E, Toyota 22RE. One's a V6, the other's an I4, and both are as indestructible as the 4.0. The 5.2 and the 5.9 are massive gas-sucking Dodge engines, come on now.

By 4.9, I'm assuming you mean the 300 I6, and not the 302?

With rounding, still a 5.0. Ford would have to recall a ton of vehicles for new badging otherwise. Lol
