Not sure on the 94, but on my 97 it's actually in the passenger's door hinge well. You'd need to take the passenger's fender of to get to it.

Normally the bulkhead connector forms the back side of the interior fuse panel.

i think i found the clips, Im having a hell of a time trying to get them off though and it looks like a chuck of harness runs deep into the trans tunnel. Help??? Im sick of driving a kia so I gotta get this done but its a crazy pita
