Wood Steering Wheel

Anyone have a wood wheel they want to sell? My leather one isnt holding up to well. Also, are there fake wood pieces that stick on that would come in a wood trim kit?

Tom

how aggressively do you drive? do you like to grip the wheel, or do you just barely hang on with a pinkie while you putter around town? If you grip the wheel, you won't like a wood steering wheel....it provides no grip whatsoever. I really do hate the things.

keep an eye on salvage yards...both internet insurance ones and local. totalled ones roll through from time to time

but if you really want one now and new, Tenafly has them for $423.50

i guess you could go to wally world and buy some wood grain contact paper... It's less than a dollar a roll.... heck you could put a stripe of it down the side like a wagoneer..

I did buy a steering wheel cover with big ridges spaced about an inch apart at wally world , makes the steering wheel bigger and more comfortable to hang on to. I think that it was less than ten bucks......
