WJ Steering wheel "click" or "pop"

On my 1999 WJ while driving or sitting still, when you turn the steering wheel just the slightest bit, theres a popping or clicking noise. It happens more when its turned to the right.

Any suggestions?

Do you have anything done to your jeep as far as suspension mods? Reason I ask is because some people have problems with their tie rod rubbing the lower sway bar end link when turning.
