WJ Steering Wheel

I need a new Steering wheel in Camel color (leather). For some reason, I can't find one. The junk yards don't have any cars with that interior color, and I've just come up empty. Anyone know why their so hard to find?

Well all I need is the steering wheel. I don't need the air bag or any of the controls.. All of that is already working.

I don't know why Camel is so hard to come by, but my Camel one got mushy and died as well. I found one in light grey on eBay for about $40 and am having it redyed. As long as you get a light colored replacement, you won't have a problem with a re-dye to your color...darker colors will take more effort to prevent bleed-through. Good dye (not the crap in the aerosol can from Pep Boys) will not run or come off...pay the $30 it'll cost to have a pro re-dye it for you.

If you want a new one, they are readily available for around $225. - http://www.wholesalemopar.com/parts_catalog.html part number for camel (K5) is - WB61 1K9AA

Buddha,

thanks for the tip! I appreciate it lots!! Do you know what type of 'pro' I should go to? Someone in upholstery? Or just a general auto-body repair shop?

Thanks!

you can go to any good upholstery shop and they'll know a good re-dye person.
