WJ Shocks

Anyone know where to find the cheapest or best deal on shocks. I currently bought a 2" BB new tires and feel like shocks would be safer since the originals are at 100+K miles.

Also, any opinion on skyjacker shocks. For the most part my car will be a daily driver but I will take it off road every so often.

Thanks for your help.

Don't skimp on shocks. You'll notice the difference in ride quality by far over that of a budget shock. PM Kolak to see what prices he has. Otherwise, check other vendors to see what deals they may have. Some offer discounts for JF members.

I'm running a JeepForum special on the MX6 shocks right now. PM me if you'd like pricing - it's a killer deal for such impressive shocks.

I just put 2" coil spacers on my Overland and bought Procomp 3000s. 4 Wheel Parts has a special till the end of August, buy 3 get 1 free. Were $37.99 each, netted to $27 and change after the free one. So far, very happy with them...

If the 3000's size the same as the 9000's, they are probably going to be too short on the F or R (don't remember which). After some research, I ended up buying 3" lift shocks for a ZJ and using the OEM shock bushing sleeves. This gave me the proper length for my BB + UC combo and a clunk free ride.
