I also had the same 45 to 50mph shake on my stock 99 WJ, wheels were balanced and clean. I ended up replacing tie rod ends because they were getting loose and had it realigned. $40 for TRE's, replaced them myself, took about an hour then $60 for realignment and haven't had any shake since

Was it only shaking when slowing down? Because I have a nasty shake when i break going 50. I know my rotors are super warped which i am replacing this weekend. but if it doesnt go away im gunna look at the tie rod ends.
