I got the instrument panel off, and down to the firewall and the HVAC box. It's miserably cold in Connecticut right now, so the rest is going to have to wait until tomorrow.
I wanted to see if there was an easy or good way to reach those connectors at the engine side of the firewall to disconnect the HVAC box and get it out.
Seems like a very long reach and not much room to maneuver. Is there anything that I should be taking off to make my life easier in there? I need to take both heater hoses off and the AC lines. I've already evacuated the AC system.
It looks like the heater lines are just held on with 2 constant tension clamps. I would assume the AC lines are a quick disconnect type fitting like was on my old ZJ?
