WJ Grease Fittings - Confirmation

Hi Everyone,

I found an old thread in 2007 that almost answered my questions cut and dry, but I wanted to be absolutely positive that not only did I read correctly, but that what I read fully applies to my Jeep:

2000 WJ Limited 4.7L Quadra Trac

Can someone confirm that the ONLY greasable points on my Jeep are the two ball joints on the front axle? Use multi-purpose grease, and this is going to sound really stupid, but how much do you put in? Do you just pump it in until it starts coming back out of the zerk?

Thanks for the help and sorry for the dumb questions!

Pump grease until the rubber becomes firm. Don't over do it.

Ok. Is there a brand that is preferred for our vehicles or is grease grease?

Maintenance schedule A (FSM says that's for "normal" operation) says to lube every 30K miles. Schedule B ( which is for the use that includes frequent starting and stopping, cold climate operation, off roading, extensive idling, and so on, which sounds like what most people do) has a lube interval of 12K miles.
