WJ Freedom Edition Axles?

Hey guys i got a girlfriend whos picking up a 2004 freedom edition...

-Does anybody know if the freedoms came with the d44a? I havn't seen it yet but if it does i gotta find a new ds for my axle swap

Not 100% sure, but if it has the 4.7, it should have the d44a. Again though, not 100% sure.

Every WJ came with a 30 front. For the rear if it has a V8 it has the 44a if it has the I6 it has the 35.

I think the towing package from the factory came with the 44a

best bet it to look underneath

I just looked at a 2004 Limited with 4.0 and Quadradrive. It has a D44. Didn't buy that one, bought a sweet 4.7 Limited.

i have a 4.0L that doesnt have the tow package and it has the 44a in the back
