wire problem?

Hi, I seem to have a problem with my 97 Grand Cherokee I just bought. The Horn does not work, fuse is fine and so is the relay (can hear click when pushed). Also, the drives heated seat does not work (I do hear the relay under it click) and the inside chime does not work. Could all this be linked somehow? All the fuses seem fine.

THanks for any help.

Tom

Have you checked for power at the horn? Use a test light or volt meter, then have someone press the horn switch. May just be a bad horn or it could be disconnected.

Yep, and last nite when I locked the doors the horn chirped at me, softly but it did chirp and the inside chime worked...must be a loose wire somewhere.
