wipers

My wiper Delay doesnt work. I only have low and full speed setting for my windshield wipers, The dealer told me that maybe the truck didnt come with a delay, but I think he just didn't want to fix it. Anyone know what may be the problem?

If you have a 93-95 then there is a little black box behind the left kick panel inside. This is the control for the intermittent wipers. Make sure it is connected at both ends.

The 96-98 models use a intermittent wiper relay that is in the underhood fuse box. The body control module (BCM) controls the relay based on vehicle speed and the delay setting from the wiper switch. Intermittent wipers are standard equipment.
