All other windows work, so fuses and door boot wiring (+12v and GND) should be good. All windows use the same +12v/GND in the driver door switch.
That leaves... driver door window switch UP position is bad, or window motor won't reverse. Either way, door panel needs to come off to isolate the problem.
Unplug the window motor connector. Check for +12v and GND between the two pins from the switch (WT & LB wires). With switch in DN position, should measure +12v and GND (WT & LB). With switch in UP position, +12v and GND should flip to the opposite wires (LB & WT).
If switch tests good, then likely bad motor. Motor can be briefly hooked directly to +12v source for testing. Reverse the wires, motor should reverse.
