Pull out the wiring bundle inside the boot when the door is open. Most likely a broken wire.

Was the window working perfect before it died or did it seem like the motor was failing? From my experience and here on the forum, it's usually a broken wire in the bundle. Did you pull them out as far as you could?

You need a voltmeter to check continuity of the wiring that connects to the back of the master switch.

Also swap one of the large fuses in the fuse panel that controls them. Didn't notice it was a 1995. My 1993 did this, the large silver fuse blew out that controlled the windows.

All other windows work, so fuses and door boot wiring (+12v and GND) should be good. All windows use the same +12v/GND in the driver door switch.

That leaves... driver door window switch UP position is bad, or window motor won't reverse. Either way, door panel needs to come off to isolate the problem.

Unplug the window motor connector. Check for +12v and GND between the two pins from the switch (WT & LB wires). With switch in DN position, should measure +12v and GND (WT & LB). With switch in UP position, +12v and GND should flip to the opposite wires (LB & WT).

If switch tests good, then likely bad motor. Motor can be briefly hooked directly to +12v source for testing. Reverse the wires, motor should reverse.
