winch mount

Hi, I'm new here, I'm from the netherlands.
since you forum is much bigger than ours in the netherlands, I've a question.

I don't want to invent the wheel again, and therefore I hope that one of you can help me with drawings and pictures of a winch mount for a Grand cherokee 1995 4ltrs.

I've bin told that the steel part under the plastic fascia is not suitable for mounting a 12000 lbs winch

obtaining one is to expensive with the shippingcosts from us to netherlands. buying one here is also very expensive

so please can you help me

if you drop the front bumper to where you can see down in the frame rails, Thats where all these bumpers for grands mount up. 12K is a bit heavy duty, you only need a 9.5 to be good to go.
