Will a little water hurt???? I need to go

Sorry just a quick post but when i undid my cap there was a little water under the edges and 3 drops got into my oil. Should i change it today or is that too little of an ammount to really care? Also anybody know of a good engine degreaser that isnt flamable? thanks

This is normal condensation and is harmless. It should go away when the engine is up to operating temp
