Will 305-70-16's on stock rims rub rear shock?

I got some new 305-70-16's that I want to run on my stock rims (silverblades) (2000 WJ). I would like to know if they will rub the rear shock before I have them installed. If they are gonna rub I might just sell the silverblades and get some soft 8's, or get some wheel spacers.

You'll definitely want to get wheels with more BS or wheel spacers for a tire that wide. IMO, rubbing the rear shocks will be less of a concern than rubbing the LCA's during turning. I rubbed the rear shocks while flexed with 265's and stock wheels. I still rub with 285's and 1.25" spacers while flexing, but I don't know if you're going to flexing it out or not...

Cool, thanks for the reply. Probably will go spacers since I like the wheels I have.
