Who Makes The Best Shocks?

hey guys, i have a 93' with a 2" BB and i need some new shocks. who do you think makes the best product? my dad just got Rancho's for his CJ and i think they ride pertty nice. does skyjacker make a pretty good shock? let me know what you think. thanks a lot guys

Best shock for what? Strictly pavement or hardcore flexing?

i do a little off-roading but nothing too extreme. i want something that's good both on and off road

if you want decent road ride don't get the rancho 5000's. those things are SUPER stiff. made for extreme off-road. the adjustable rancho 9000x's however are very nice. offering a chioce from extra cushy to extreme. i've all heard good things about KYB gas-a-justs.
