Who has actually changed their front windshield washer pump?

I'm looking at taking on this job at some point as my front washer pump failed. I have the technical manual that shows where it is located, etc. but I wanted to get an opinion on how the tough the job really is.

My '02 WJ is already scheduled to go into the dealer on Tuesday to get some other work done (on their dime - just bought it used) and I'm wondering if I should have them do it at the same time.

Otherwise, would I need to jack up the car and remove the front left wheel to do this? If so, I'll likely just have the dealer do it as I live in a downtown building so space (i.e. a driveway) is tough to find.

Thanks everyone,
David
