Where to put a navigation

Just picked up an 03 grand cherokee for my fiance and she wants to get a navigation for it. She wants it mounted semi-permanently instead of just sticking it on the windshield every time she drives.
Anyone have any good places that they have one? Was trying to avoid getting a new radio or anything, so probably just gonna buy one of the 4" ones or something.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

I mounted mine using the space next to the 12v source. It sits right in the middle of the console and easy to look at. I used the cubby space thats there (I know some have a door in this space) Since I don't have the door I stuck the round piece that came with my nav unit to the top inside of the cubby hole. Then I suctioned the mount onto that. Not as noticeable as suctioned onto the glass and is easily removed since it's not permanent. I've never had problems with reception. If I did, I'd just buy the antenna extension to mount on the dash (but like I said, I've had no problems with reception). I have the Garmin c330 which I've had for a while and is a bulky lil unit. I've been thinking of getting a nice slim unit to make it look a lil better. Let me know if I'm making sense.,.lol., maybe i can snap some pics tomorrow for you to see if you like.

If you have the cash pretty much any reputable audio shop can do a fiberglass job like I did on my ZJ and create a double din.
