Where is ABS relay in 97 Grand Cherokee?

I can not find the Antilock Braking System relay in my 1997 Grand Cherokee. I know where all the ABS fuses are but I can not find relay.I know everyone will probably say it is in the fuse/relay box under the hood but it is not. It is also not located in the interior passenger kick panel. It does exist somewhere yes, because I can find a replacement p/n for the relay that is suppose to be there. Any help/pics of where I have not looked? It is a 4.0L engine/4WD.

it's built into the antilock brake controller starting from 97. Even the Factory Service manual is wrong about this.

Yes, I hunted it for a while myself. The cover for the PCM even has it listed but no contacts in the socket.
