When you Wobble, wobble, I'll Shake it, Shake it.
Anyways I wondering why my Jeep shakes at the 30-45 mark. when the converter goes to lock up it goes away but anything before that it shakes. Plus the front right tire is showing fast wear on the outside edge. I think i have a bad CV joint. Its gooing out lube. (Its missing a strap that holds the boot on the inner most part.) Should i rebuild it or buy a new one? Would this be my problem?

Yes,

that is why your jeep is shaking. You've got a bad cv joint.
