I don't know the specs of your jeep ( please post ) but if your running u-joints, I'd bet they aren't in phase.

VERY common problem most people don't even know about.


please post an update.
Can't phase joints with an open diff or auto locker, only a spool.


'97 zj 5.2, some stuff, some other suff, and some things that even work sometimes.
