What transmissinon do I have?

Do the 93's have a different transmission than the 94's and up? I hear they do and that the 93's are faster cause of shorter tranny gears. If so, what transmissions are these?

Well, you know what I don't remember the name of the '93 transmissions....the 94-up are different....but the 93's are NOT any faster, but supposedly lower maintanence.

I was told the 93's have a modern overdrive version of the old 727 Torqueflites, same pan, internals but with overdrive and electronic controlls.
