Max height for my bilstein shocks are 3inch
I was going to buy heavy duty ome springs which are much more stiffer than regular springs.
Contacted Kolak and these are excellent springs.

Are your shocks for like a 2-3" lift? Because you can run those at much higher lift heights. My buddy did a 3" lift on his zj and ran his stock shocks for a couple weeks. Almost no down travel but its definitely drivable. If you wont answer my questions then I cant help you

These could be used for 2-3 height. The Max height on those is 3"
So if I bought hd one spring it would level to 2.5 so it'll be middle.
I'm currently running 2" on my zj spacers

Putting new coils would help me have a stiffer ride.
As of now, my coils are so bad. As they're very flex a lot.

Its not exactly clear what you mean by "the impact with curbs, speed bumps are really bad" but stiffer springs will make the ride quality WORSE unless you are hitting the bumps so hard that the suspension is bottoming out. And in this latter case you need to SLOW DOWN.
Bilsteins are about the smoothest shock I have ever run. Too smooth for me actually. If you are not happy with ride quality now then you need to start looking for a different vehicle because you ain't gonna make it better.

Depends on what your opinion of better is. If you don't like the soft wallowy ride of the stock springs, going to a stiffer spring for a firmer, more controlled ride would be an improvement.
As far as the OME's, from what I know they are supposed to ride very well. No, you don't get alot of lift, but that's not what they were designed for. They're designed in Australia for a better ride on the rough dirt roads there, not rockcrawling or mudding.
I've never used the springs, but I CAN say the OME shocks are great. I ran them with a preivous lift, and it rode GREAT.
As far as lift height for dollars spent, no you don't get much lift, but the OP doesn't need any lift, he just wants a better ride. Sure, he could buy some cheap Rough Country or whatever springs and get more lift height, but then he's got a crappy ride and more lift than he needs....but hey, he got a better deal on the height, right?
What I would do is get the OME sprngs and remove the spacers (or if you went with bigger tires, go with a 1" spacer and the OME springs for the same overall height). Once you start lifting these things over a few inches the ride gets worse fast.
In reality though, there's anoly so much you can do, these are never going to ride like a Cadillac. The suspension design is always going ot ride a little rough, and any lift will just make it worse.

Upcountry coils are firm and net 1". They are also less expensive.

those dont work too well together,
you already have better than average shocks, you sacrifice handling for ride and vice versa
i would say to upgrade your sway bar and bushings for the handling side before swapping coils
edit: and alot of these zjs ride better than a caddy, any of the long arm kits with good shocks will
and to be honest, i have the f/r swap and cheapo RC shocks, and i have actually gotten compliments on how well it rides. particularily at higher speeds on dirt/gravel roads

I just rode in my buddies zj with the first gen Claytons kit and 35's. It was like a caddy. He didn't have sway bars front or rear. It wasn't to bad but I would put the sways back in. The ride was very nice over bumps. He said the ride really sucked when he was running E load rated tires. He switched to C and likes it much more.

I need atleast 2 inches for my tires cause I'm running 255/75/17 which are 32inch tires.
So I was thinking 2.5 would be a great ideal for the lift.
And i saw great reviews on the ome springs 2.5"
