LOL! No helos but have seen a few drones. Guess I'll check at the dealer for the answer. Just bought this 95 GC and had saw one of these on a 93 I had a while back.

Well he has the orBis edition, so that's most likely a sensor that tells him when other orBis's are in the vicinity.

Seriously though, that's not factory. Pull the cluster and see where it goes.

Quite a few used car dealers install those in vehicles when they handle the financing. It is in there so if payments aren't made they can easily locate the vehicle for repossesion. If you did finance it don't just pull it out as that can make you in violation of the finance agreement. Probably something about that in your finance agreement, if you have one.

No financing with this one, found it on craigslist for 1300. Runs great. Just had to replace front pads and rotors and tighten up the tie rod end nut at the Pittman arm.

there were some of those aftermarket "white-face" gauge kits a few years ago that used a button like that one to change the color of the backlighting on the gauges.

thanks! The smog guy I used said it was a button. Gonna check that out when it gets dark.
