What's the problem if not the ignition coil?

I recently read the OBDII codes on my 96 GC Laredo, and it indicated a faulty ignition coil. I just tested my ignition coil, and my multimeter read out a primary resistance of 1.2-1.4 ohms and a secondary resistance of 12,050 ohms. If I'm not mistaken, this is within the acceptable range. So, if the ignition coil is still good, what could the issue be? Here are the codes I got that indicated the ignition coil; P0420, P0351, and P0132.

Could be a fault in the wiring. The PCM provides a ground to the coil to energize it trough a trigger wire. That might not be your only wiring issue based on the other codes you got.
