This is a nice looking ZJ. I wonder what upgrades are on it. Anyone know?

Well, it's a 98 5.9 with sliders and long arms. I see ACOS on the front (I think) and possibly an Iceland Offroad front bumper. Also looks like a hefty anti-sway bar on the front. Those shocks look pretty expensive, too.

I am betting the front bumper is a Hanson. The sliders and flares look like Iceland. It also has the Currie anti rock sway bar thingy.

Wish my rear looked as good as that....

Also, was reading on the iceland site that their fronts are fiberglass??? You'd tend to think that's a relatively low strength product for a front bumper on an off-road rig, no?

It's supposed to be very durable from what other who have had them say. They are risky business to try and get since the company is completely unreliable. I have heard stories of people waiting for up to 6 months or more after placing an order. Customer service is apparently non existent too.

The fender flares and rock sliders are Iceland but the front bumper on that ZJ is not.

I saw the end result of them testing the prototype WJ one. They drove straight on to Tipover Challenge in Moab. Slammed the front bumper into the rock (which I seem to remember left the front wheels hanging in the air) and then powered through, dragging the bumper across the ground until the wheels touched ground again.

Think about grinding the entire weight of the front end of a 4.7L V-8 WJ and what kind of damage that would do to a steel bumper.

When they were done all they did was sanded the rough edges off and hit it with some spray paint.

That's uh... shocking to hear quite honestly. I would never have guessed that. I was honestly thinking about buying that bumper until you said something about the CS aspect of the company... Moving on now How's the ARB bumper? I like that one too, and a guy has one in the classifieds for pretty cheap, but hasn't responded. Suppose I could search, but my internet is being a tortoise.

Yeah, if their customer service was better, I'd be saving for one myself. The savings in weight alone is worth it. But waiting 6 months for it and not a word from anyone makes me shop elsewhere.

They are awesome, I have had two.

The first saved my life in an accident coming back from offroading.

They look pretty cool too
