oh the oil is doing great in my 4.7 jeep, in Nov when i change it and open the filter ill see how it kept up

FYI The Carquest Premium filters are Wix as well.

4.0 here. I run the Mopar filter everytime. I have ran Purolator, Fram, Wix, Mopar, Motorcraft, and a wide variety of different oil brands and viscosities over the past 20 years on different vehicles and haven't had one failure due to a break down of oil or a failed filter. Just change your oil regularly as you should and all is well.
