The only things that I've actually broken on my 3 ZJ's?

I popped a brand new Rock Auto sway bar end link on the white one.
Crushed the tail pipe on the current one.
Pushed the cladding in on the rear door on the green one. It dented the door pretty good, but the cladding covered it.

Those are the only things I've actually broken on my ZJ's. Now, parts that I've replaced? That's a different story...

Since December.... I have replaced
Rear hatch
4 lift struts
Window switches
Dimmer switch

Currently replacing the transmission
Shocks all 4
Sway bar end link
There is still a list of things needed to be fixed or replaced. I am convinced my wallet hates my jeep.

Yeah i didnt even change the lock from the original to the one from the Junk Yard. I did get the key to the JY one, it was in the ignition. I still need to figure out the lock motor though. I think i just need to hook something up, i can hear the motor move but the lock doesn't move when the motor does. I have to use the key to get in insead of just using the keyless.

my story is quite a bit different... the door has saged since i got the jeep, and i never did anything about it. because of that, i slammed it one day and the bolts holding the latching mechanism to the inside of the door pulled through the door.

it was an interesting 6 mile drive back home.

picture shows how i fixed it.
