The chassis saver it comes in quarts or gallons. After cleaning scuffing and Meking the paint. I used a thick paint brush as per directions on everything except for important bolts I know I will be taking off or replacing eventually.

Played with the a/c compressor. looks like it wont be working any time soon. Huge PITA to get that back together,
Got lift supports for the hatch,
Found out the vacuum reservoir was bypassed so reconnected it and now my poor idle issue and random rpm drop at stops went away, and now i have cruise control.
big day for the ZJ

I did my plenum plate and gasket, intake manifold gasket, valve cover gaskets, throttle body gasket, and cleaned my IAC. It was a lot of work, but it's running a lot better now. One thing though is my throttle is now a lot closer to the floor. I don't know how that happened, but I'd like to fix it.

u pull the peddle up an put them on the cable, this moves it away from the floor, just spacers.
unless you mean because there is a problem on the TB end of things

I don't know where the problem is. I did install a new throttle body from a 98 Ram, but it's identical to the Jeep. All the V8 TBs were the same. I think I messed up the cable somehow. I don't know how though.

I already measured and the brackets are the same. I think I'm going to use a fishing line weight on the cable right at the pedal. I'd imagine that'd work.
