Maintenance day with the ZJ. Replaced the serpentine belt and changed the fluid in both differentials. Getting ready for a trip next weekend and I'm going to have to tow my buddy's ATVs with the ZJ. Last trip I used the ZJ to take the boat in and out of the water so of course the rear diff was milky. Figured I better change out the fluid since I have to tow for a 2 hour trip through the mountains. Love keeping her happy with fresh fluids and she keeps making me happy with fun weekend trips. Just rolled over to 289,500 miles!

Got it stuck. It's still stuck. It's so stuck I could call insurance and say it was stolen and no one would ever know. It's so stuck I don't know anyone with a capable enough 4x4 to even to to where I got stuck to winch or yank me out.

tired of the headlights popping out of the mounting sockets. I can't keep these damned things from vibrating, so coming up with a new mounting systm.

Adjusted the tv cable. What a difference that made. Replaced my battery. Then found out that I have a PS leak... Looks like something else I'll have to do next weekend, after I drop the tank.

At the moment, this is where my zj sits. I worked on it all yesterday and got pretty much the entire front end done but the track bar since I gotta wait until im done with everything to center the axle. I also got halfway done with the pass side rear, but I ran out of time. I had to work all day today so I didnt get a chance to do anything with it, but I have tomorrow off so I'm hoping I'll finish the rear. Then I get to go have my wisdom teeth taken out on moday. Yay me.

Cleaned all fuses and relays, put dielectric grease on all of them. Did the same for a few sensors on the engine.

Took it to my friend's shop to dial in the alignment. He said it's spot-on after having it on the rack for 20 mins, which just means I'm awesome at doing driveway alignments.

Got a 2800 mile road trip coming up this week. Would love to take the ZJ but instead I'm swapping with my girlfriend for her Scion Tc. So I have to make sure the ZJ is up to running her around for a solid week until I return. Don't want her to have any excuses to drive the Challenger. zero, zip, nada. . .
