Oh, screw it then. I would never have let him have it without signing the papers on the first day. Risky business.

Got it stuck. It's still stuck. It's so stuck I could call insurance and say it was stolen and no one would ever know. It's so stuck I don't know anyone with a capable enough 4x4 to even to to where I got stuck to winch or yank me out.

It's good ****!! It will be better as as soon as I get this plenum fixed. I can't wait to see what a difference it makes after a nice new gasket, pan, and a good cleaning.

Well if you decide to buy it, I'll probably have a nice transmission with about 30,000 miles or so that I'd let go for a reasonable price if you'd be interested. I have no use for it, as it's for a 4.0 and I've got a 5.2 in my Jeep.

Well, to be completely fair, a 242 does contain a differential.

Decided to replace the squeaky belt today (it was overdue) now all is quiet ad can be drove on public roads without deafing people.

now to figure out if it's the motor mounts or blown shocks or bad bushing someplace

Got it stuck. It's still stuck. It's so stuck I could call insurance and say it was stolen and no one would ever know. It's so stuck I don't know anyone with a capable enough 4x4 to even to to where I got stuck to winch or yank me out.
