Got all my exhaust components from UPS today.

The plan is for whole exhaust system from the header collector back to be 2.5". The cat, muffler and tailpipe are 2.5". All 3 exhaust parts are MagnaFlow.

Cat - 2.5" In/Out, Body is 3" in diameter by 11" long

Muffler - 2.5" In/Out 5 x 8 x 18

Tip- 2.5" In x 3.5" x 18"

You should change the down pipe too. That's where the biggest restriction is besides by the gas tank.

Thanks! Well see how it turns out tomorrow along with the black I'm putting on. I did experience some chunking of the liner when I put it on, wasn't the foam roller which was surprising.

today i had one of those "i just wanna sell this damned thing" moments... took her in to the shop to have my PS leak looked at. found out that all four motor mounts are broken, transmission mount is broken, and R/F CV boot is sliced and needs replaced. PLUS PS leak and rear diff leak.

the ZJ is worth more to me than the money it takes to repair it constantly. i will be keeping her, but damn i am broke as a joke...

OT: got front hooks in the mail, did a gasoline and paint thinner scrub on all hardware, then sanded and painted them gloss black. they go on when i get her back on monday.

I found this in my rear driver's side brake:

I have had it for a month and It's been parked most of the time while I track down all the clunks and order all the parts. It is the e brake bracket. It sounded like a wheel bearing. I have a good video of the noise if anyone wants it.

Got my laser cut plenum pan and bolts in the mail. Just ordered the Mopar plenum gasket, accel distributor cap and rotor, and camshaft position sensor from Kolak. Now I need the fel pro valve cover gaskets and 703 rebuild kit.

I think I'm going to monstaljne the cladding black and put it back on. I thought about doing it the other way but It just didn't seem like it would look right.

Ot: just got back in from doing my 2nd coat of liner. Because magnet man was awesome and messaged me to lemme know I have only 8hrs max between coats. Hopefully it turned out good.

I painted my 95 limited rims black too. Those rims look awesome painted black. The pattern on them makes the tires look bigger too!

They look so much better than the pimp daddy gold they used to be.

In a few months I'll be replacing them with mt side biters with proper back spacing instead of using my spidertrax spacers.
