Does the power steering pulley have a bearing in it or is it in the behind it? mine starting making a noise like the bearing is shot but only makes the noise when the ac is on... And it sorta stops when I turn the wheel

Its in the pump. You have to get a puller for the pulley and the new pump will come with the hardware to press it back on.
The pulley is a press on the pump shaft

Busted out an oil change, cleaned out the gunk around the starter and connection, did a fuel treatment and ran Seafoam before the oil change

Got it stuck. It's still stuck. It's so stuck I could call insurance and say it was stolen and no one would ever know. It's so stuck I don't know anyone with a capable enough 4x4 to even to to where I got stuck to winch or yank me out.

Brought it home, started to tear it appart.is there any way that like the entire front piece comes out? All that metal looks bolted in then spot welded? Any help or hints will be appreciated. And I got my door and hood. Some rust on the door.none on the hood.will work on the jeep more tonight. After I get everything straightened out up front and get a radiator, fan and fan clutch I'll start painting it army green rusteolum. Going to be a fun project fixing it up

Well, if you're just talking about the very front, it comes out in pieces but will all come off to give easy access to radiator and front of motor. You gotta be careful taking out the plastic header panel, i suspect yours is already busted? After all of that is it's really easy to get to anything up front you need to straighten or replace. Just remember it's a piece by piece thing. You have to take off this to take off that, etc. And when you think you can skip one...well, you can't.

Thank you.yeah header panel is shot. Ordering a new one from rock auto after I get everything else paid for and fixed.i took the 2 hoops off that go in front of the radiator and stuff. Then I took the lights out, and upper support fr radiator off.then started at the pass side at the top, do you have to break the spot welds to get it to come off?

Not my zj, but went parasailing for the first time in Wisconsin yesterday. Make sure the guy setting you up knows what he is doing. Wound up with a string through each armpit, one across my neck, very painful. Second pass was awesome though.

Ot rcvs are in, should get the tb and tie rod shortened tomorrow.
