My girlfriends uncle works at a machine shop,I'm sure he can have it cut out on the cnc. Will get like a 2in tube and have my uncle bend it and I'll mount some light tabs on it and put 4 daylighter knock offs from advanced on it. I'm going to get 3.5in lift springs up front, put stocks in the back, and get dt8000 shocks,I'll do that before I do the bumper. Get some 31x10.50 good year wrangler authority and some new rims. This will start in about 2weeks,going to gather parts to fix from the crash. Need a new fan and fan clutch, and radiator. Then I'm going to pull a part. Going to get a complete upper rad support then it should be good, going to order clear corners and turn signals. Will update as I get stuff done.
fan+fan clutch = time for a Taurus E-fan

Apparently in NC the ABS light doesn't matter in a vehicle inspection, and he said he would run the diag on it for free! Score!!!

I think California might be the only state where they bother with ABS lights. I've never had trouble with nonfunctional ABS in Texas.

Those tow hooks aren't there for me. They're there for the XJs.

Picked up my "Taurus" e-fan (actually from a Lincoln) today from the junk yard.

Also, replaced my crank position sensor. I have officially completed my Jeep hazing after replaceing the TPS and CKPS.

Got timing chain and gears, upper and lower rad hoses, and thermostat in the mail from mopar-wholesale.

DC controller for fan got shipped today.

Got the dakota air hat to work. No noticeable power gains, but my exhaust is a tad louder.

Drained my rear diff and sprayed out with brake cleaner. Been getting a noise at lower speeds like a low growl/whine. Re gasket and rtv and topped off with 80w-90 and drove around and sound seems to be gone.

Now time to alleviate my squeaky exhaust and build my 'new' HP d30

re-charged the AC on saturday still working like a champ for now. (did add dye)
and today i did a yard run and picked up a front bumper with fog slots, the fogs and switch from a 98 laredo donor. the only reason i took the bumper is well because i am lazy and dont want to cut the old one.
but in my defense the old one is broken, one of the mounting slides is busted off.

I think the 4.0 come with a 90 amp, 5.2 might be a 117. If thats what you have. I know a 5.9 alternator is same fit as a 5.2. But 5.9 is 150 amp. Iirc ejshults did that for a cheap high utput alt for his system
