Finshed my tow hook install, and just for reference, the bolts that thread into the frame-rail plates are metric 10 x 1.50. Chances are you will need to replace several of them as they have a tendency to snap when you pull them from another vehicle. The drivers side bracket is torqued down a little where the hook mounts to it, looks like the po actually used them a time or two I thought about using a floor jack to lift the front end by the hook itself to see if it will bend back with some weight on it. What do you guys think?

I picked up a set of felpro rubber valve cover gaskets the other day. Tomorrow I will get into the replacement. I noticed that alot of the injector harness wires are stiff and brittle. That's typically how my projects seem to go .... I fix one thing and it creates another. Here's to getting it done without any problems.

I don't think I'd use a jack to lift the vehicle by the hook. If it slips, you could get hurt, or even worse, damage the Jeep.

Cut out area next to AC drain in fender, cleared clog, added hose. Re-soldered light switch. Cleaned IAC valve although I think it just needs replacement. Still have high and erratic idle.

Yanked a drive shaft from the pick n pull first one was no good.. Then went the 5.9 and pulled its shaft and worked perfectly.

I wish there were pick and pulls in northern nj.. I'd save so much money.

OT.. Ordered a pillar light brackets from Detours.. Also put a new rad cap and new hose for the heater core bypass. Since the old one got kinked.
