Yep. $4800!

The shipping companies are gonna love me this week!
jeez i dont think ever even spent that much in one sitting ever! ive never even spent more than $3,000 on a vehicle! and i thought it was bad when i spent $1,600 at once on the xj..

i had a very zj fulfilled day. i brought in both of redhatman's jeeps, swapped wheels on them, then drove my gf's alero to and from work to fix her tire, then got a call leaving work that my jeep was dead at her work. she left the parking lights on because in her alero, the lights automatically shut off..so she accidently left the lights on on the jeep. she called AAA and they were there when i got there, got the jeep running, and now got home. loooong day

Had my fuel pump go out on me yesterday, went to Advanced auto and got a new one for 170.00 while removing the tank found out my filler neck was completly rusted and was holding on by a thread.. went to take off the hoses and they just pulled away from the neck with the ends still in them. ignored that for the duration, once I go the pump in and back up there made a trip to the U-pick and got a next to new filler neck out of a 98 for 5.00. better than the 180.00 price of a new one! wire wheeled it a bit and coated it with truck bed liner and put it in.. Everything is working good so far.
