Went wheeling with some buddies. The muffler caught on something and ripped out of the flex pipe. Adventured a little bit while it cooled off, then fixed it at Scott's place. Lucky for me that flex pipe was too long anyway.

If they magically rotate to different side/axles by themselves I would be impressed

Got the new hatch fixed up.
Wiper wont work, glass hatch release wont work but got the solenoid to flinch with a flashlight battery. All the harnesses matched up. ....

Had this happen to mine, turned out the sensor under the distributor cap (ignition pick-up) was bad. After picking up the part for $35 I've had no issues in the last 2 weeks.

Installed rear BB and shocks.

Attempted front. Cursed at the track bar bolt that I couldn't get off. Tried to do it anyway without removing that bolt. Got stuck in the rain, and then the dark. Realized there was no way in hell to do it without coil/spring compressors. Re assembled front to stock with new shocks.

Painted the cladding black, removed the running boards, cleaned underneath the center console too. All in all a productive day.

Went to jy for 1/2 off sale, got a 5th matching rim, factory tow hooks, found a 97 that had a new track bar, drag link, and all new tie rod ends. 42 dollars later, I was on the way home to start turning wrenches. My track bar bolt sheared off in the middle of the bushing! 90 minutes later I got it out... Putting new track bar in was no joy either... Had to use a wratchet strap and a jack to pull the axle back over to get holes to line up! All the frustration was worth it when the test drive revealed no more dw and no more shimmying when braking! Ready for alignment and new tires. Tomorrow will be spent doing tow hooks, and new headliner. The tropical storm has pretty much ruined outdoor activities anyway, but I dont have a problem drinking beer and working on the zj in the garage!
