I got 2 relays and 2 more driving lights for it. Had to order 2 more relays and will get those this week sometime. I need toget some fog lights and I will order all new bulbs for them. And I need to order switches online. Won't do it till I redo my head liner since it will be put I will be able to hide my wires under it and bring wires from the roof in. And are hella bulbs any good? I found some on like amazon for 25$ a set

I put 20 in mine when I bought cause it was low. It sat for a while and finally decided to fill it. It was 70 but gas was 3.75 then. And I didn't drive it much drove it today so I decided to fill it up it was at 1/4 tank. Oh and the lady at the cash register had a 93-95 not sure exactly butit was sweet lookin. She said to look at hers cause she seen mine. It was like 6in on short arms. Has to suck driving.

She wasn't bad. She was married though. Haha. And yeah I asked how much it was lifted she said 6. I. Went and pulled mine away from the pump and parked. Looked at it and laughed. I went back in and bought a pop. I tolde her I'm lifting mine 5.5 she asked me how much it was and I said 1300 she said mine was so much cheaper than that. I. Just kinda giggled and walked out. Mine will actually flex with my lift. Oh and ride good on road.

Changed my passenger side ball joints (drivers side next weekend) and ran into a few questions.

1st: is it normal for there to be a small gap between the knuckle and the bottom of the ball joint casing? The stud is tapered and I compared the shank to the other joint I purchased, and I wasn't bottoming out on the shoulder but it was getting tight way beyond the specified torque value and still didn't look like it was all the way in. I then filled with grease and the boot expanded to cover the gap... just kind of weird.

2nd: the threaded split sleeve that comes with the joints, what is that for? The FSM doesnt mention it, yet the parts breakdown shows it but doesn't really get detailed about where it goes. It's too big for the hole in the knuckle... can't figure it out. Last time I did the joints (like 4 years ago) I had the same question but never figured it out.

Scored a hi-lift at a swap meet for $40. It was kind of rusty so I cleaned it up and started painting it.

got back from the beach and my ZJ was running at 210 degrees. Almost never gets there. Found out my taurus efan wires were all melted away. Time to figure out a better way to wire it.

I was running it on 2 40Amp relays sharing the load, but that lasted about 8months. Anybody got a writeup/link to a GREAT way of wiring it. I use my A/C, so it must be able to turn on with the Compressor on. Thanks gents.

I swept out the Jeep, drilled two holes in the right front headlight (To let water escape), fixed my front passenger side window. Somehow the bracket holding the window got bent last winter when I tried to roll it down when it was frosted shut. Bent it back, and viola it's as smooth as butter!

Just finished putting in new o2 and coolant sensors. Replaced the right cv half shaft. Now my coolant gauge is reading between 220-230. And the thermostat is opening and closing like it should and drawing coolant off the bottle. Guess Ill be fixing that problem tomorrow. GRRRRRR!!!!!!! What can it be now?

my right turn signal flashes really fast. I took my jeep into the repair shop and they suggested I buy new fluid... the normal stuff is $234.51 per quart, or should I go for the synthetic for $876.64 per quart? please help!
in all seriousness, the right turn signal that sits underneath the headlight is completely burnt out... what bulb do I need to buy and how do I put the new one in?

Should be a couple of screws to remove the turn signal/side marker assembly and then another couple screws to remove the park lamp assembly. Bulb should be a 194.
