From what I've read seems fairly cheap and simple to do. Have any of you done this to your 4.0s??
Yep, do it. 4.0's love boost!

took mine to the track yesterday, was rather dissapointed. 16.47 at 83mph. Only slightly faster than my 4.0l V6 Ford Ranger. The way it feels by seat of the pants I figured it would be as quick as my Buick Park Avenue was (15.1), guess it doesn't have any top end! lol. Oh well, it does has 202k miles and burns a good bit of oil, plus I didn't buy it to race it anyway.

If it's burning oil, it's probably just a bad plenum gasket. Not too hard to fix, and you'll probably get a little power back once you do it.

Take off the TB and look with a flash light to the back of the intake. You will probably see oil back there.
