They're the European spec headlight housings (glass lenses and better beam pattern). The bulbs in them have standard wattage low beams, but higher wattage high beams. They take H4 bulbs. Kolak can hook you up with a set, but they're not cheap.

Got a cheap-o Merlins muffler welded up as my other Merlins muffler outlet was rusted out.

I'm still trying to figure out what I'm doing with my exhaust. Strill trying to figure what header I'm going with and whether I'm doing a Y pipe or not.

Its just a giant plastic bracket in front of the radiator that the headlights and grill mount to.

Does it go bad after time? As far as I know, mine is intact with no issues....

its just plastic, when it gets old the plastic will start breaking when you mess with taking the grill and headlights off. as long as you leave it alone its not gonna break

That's what I did to my ZJ today. 100 plus 50 to rebuild the double cardan.

I got tired of hearing the VIC beep at me for "Service FWD Switch" So I defeated it. Well I wired it so it thinks it is in 4hi all the time.
Seriously I know when I am in 4lo. I don't need no VIC to tell me that.

This is how I did in case anybody else has the same issue. This is for a 249 TC. I just cut wire from pin 34 and left it cut and Pin 36 wire I cut and added about 8 inches and grounded it to a metal bracket behind the vic. There was already a hole there to run a screw into. It took about 15 minutes. No more random annoying Beeping.

changed my trim from grey to gloss black and coated it.

Past two days I trimmed my front bumper, painted rims and put in/cleaned up winch switches.

what was the reasoning for doing this, a 231 swap or something?

used it to pull out a mesquite tree with my front towhooks. just wanted to see if it would withstand a small mesquite....it did...

it was not a big tree at all. plus i had already dug around it, just needed that extra ZJ umph!!!!
