Switched out HVAC controls so all the lights worked.

Changed speakers from stock to pioneer.

Replaced headlights, blinkers, and side markers.

Full tune up to ignition, cap, rotor, coil, plugs, and wires.

Replaced lift gate supports.

I've had some fun over the past few days.
Took my drivers seat apart and added to the sagging/uncomfortable foam cushion. I think it turned out darn good.


I also got my tcase skid mounted.


Using an extendable magnet and a rare earth magnet on a screwdriver,

I was able to fish a bolt through.


Using an impact gun made tightening the nut easy.

Damn, I wish i had known more about Jeeps back when I pulled my donor 242, i beat the hell out of the transfer case skid when I pulled the transfer case and didn't even think anything of it.

Installed my front Bilsteins yesterday. HUGE improvement!

Today new plugs, wires, cap n rotor. HUGE improvement! The plugs on there were sooooooo shot it was ridiculous the gaps were worn to .055" and the electrodes were shot too. Not to mention they were Autolite plugs to begin with... The cap had some electrode wear and corrosion on the inside too. Last owners of this Jeep had no clue about proper maintenance.

Big weekend...

Painted cladding and rear bumper black w/ Krylon Fusion

Painted front steel bumper black

Painted exhaust black

Seafoamed it

Mounted my driving lights on the bottom of the steel bumper

Country drive, got muddy as hell! And took some pics (this is pre mud)

changed front and rear diff oil, new gaskets.

took roof rack off and painted it hammer black. looks a lot better.

new wipers and rain-x'd all the glass.

Thanks man! Camera is a Sony Alpha A200 (really nothing special), filter I have no clue, but the pictures are edited in Lightroom. I'm trying to upload the rest on my Facebook page but for some reason it's not letting me, but I'll link to it when I can!

Installed my new Dynomax cat back exhaust kit and painted the grill and front bumper with some Krylon Satin Black. Hope to get the rest painted next weekend.

Washed it and waxed and tire foam! Squeaky clean! For now...
