I havnt done it yet but I'm gonna paint my cladding sometime. I'm gonna use krylon fusion. If they have it for plastic use semigloss cause that's what I'm painting my rims. Or matte idk. But I'm gonna take the back bumper cover off. Front is all ready off. Keep the cladding on and cover everything with newspaper and painters tape. Use paint thinner to clean the old paint off and a fine sandpaper to ruff it up a bit. Use do a coat of primer and about 4 coats of paint. What do you guys think?

I'll go to ace sometime and see what colors they have. I like that. Less work on my part. Haha

Used krylon on my avalanche. If your just painting plastic wash with dish soap, dry, then spray. I have no primer, just 2 coats krylon, I've hit it with my steamer trying to get it off.

This is krylon gloss black. 2 coats, no prep. Been on 5-6 months and couldn't be happier with it.

I think that would look good with my semi gloss rims. I think I'll go that route

Was today a painting day? I painted my hood flat black, the rest of the jeep will soon follow. I ran out of paint after the first coat. AGH.

I also put on my new hubs, rotors, and front brakes. Thanks for the tip about the hubs badbird.

And gave her some mickey mouse ears.

I mounted my driving lights. My cousin is getting me a switch. I'm mounting it above the Vic.

I believe it was. Painted my spare, just to see how the black would look on these style of rims in person. Can't stand the gold accents... But i'll probably have to peel it off and re-apply with lighter coats, because there are some bubbles. I used plasti-dip by the way.
