98 -yes they are the clear he ordered the clear lens with blk background to match the taillights he got, but they sent those and I told him to send them back but he liked these. Plus the drivers side was falling out from when he laid it on the drivers door.
I would paint them to match the body color if it was mine, I do like the smoked ones. But he gets hassled enough from the local cops because of he has a smoked license plate cover. The straight pipe doesn't help. We finally got his chrome tip put on I'll shoot a pic of it.

that is a good looking ride.

And yes it is dripping coolant...
arent they all ?

ya i could definitely see the difference with the gold jeep and gold grille.

i might be ok with mine with a black grille without painting the headlights, but thats because it wouldnt be silver and gold mixed; i bet that will look a lot better, but im still skeptical about it.

negatives about the lights: they are held on by 1 screw and they have minimal adjustment.

Agreed the lack of adjustment sucks

I sold my ZJ to a buddy and just bought it back from him with them on it. They have 55w HIDs installed I get brights flashed at me by people all the time its pretty annoying. When I get back to AZ with the Jeep I plan to attempt to adjust them better if I can figure something out.

Painting the chrome trim gold would be nice too maybe try to pick up a can of PJ7 (Char-Gold II) to color match it or have the local Dodge Chrysler Jeep dealership my uncle works at do it for me depending on price. He is the lead mechanic/technician there so that is a definite plus and he is my neighbor too

I went to a smoke shop and picked up an order of over $5k worth of cigarettes for a gas station in need. I was hoping to not get pulled over because I'm sure that could have warranted a search by the local authorities.

i was skeptical about this also and have been thinking of ways to fix that. I guess we are lucky everything fit tight and have very little movement. the lack of adjustment is a bummer but here again I got lucky and everything is lined up pretty good. no HID's here and there is a good pattern. the little gold phillips screw is the up and down adjustment. we drilled a hole thru the radiator support so we could get in there with a screwdriver

put $50 in gas in it....

.....put $60 in it last wed, and I alternate between the ZJ and my truck to go to work, still burned up the tank

my truck gets like 50% better fuel mileage but it rides like a dump truck so I opt for the ZJ usually, with its awesome 12mpg lol

Spent about 5 hours at the junkyard today.
For pulling the tow hooks I brought my plumbers torch to heat up the blue Loctie on the threads and they came off very easy.

I pulled a dash pad, that's the piece which all of the dash parts mount ontop of, when you remove it your at the firewall. The reason I removed it was to learn how everything goes together and how to get to the heater core. I also bought it to practice modifying on for putting a double din head unit in my jeep.
I want to hook a front camera to the double din so I can see when going over hills and also have a killer system.

I also received 120 pounds of Second Skin sound deadening material for installing in my jeep.

Junkyard today:
Liftgate Support Struts $11.99 ea.
Dash molding with vents $11.99
Taillights $24.99 ea.
Tow hooks $6.99 ea.
Tow hook brackets $11.99 ea.
Dash pad $39.99

Only those who will risk going too far
can possibly find out how far one can go.
