Lol. Point taken. Some of the handling issues have to do with tires as well. Lots of side wall on a 33/15, that isn't there on a 26/18.

On our way out we found some mud so we hit it, my buddies discovery startee bogging then died a few mins later. We took a look at it, air filter was soaked but nothing got through. Then we saw the fan, every blade was missing and the shroud was all torn up.

^^ Notice the fan blades on the ground.

So we decide to hobble it home. I get back in the ZJ which was idling behind it the whole time. Check gage light is on and the temp is just below 260. I shut it off. Fan isnt working, but its getting power. Pulled the thermostat just in case, helped a little. Hobbled it home, stopping twice to let it cool. Pulled the fan and sprayed layers of mud off the radiator, helped a lot, still gets hot at idle. Getting new fan motor tomorrow
I miss my Disco sometimes, but the ZJ more than makes up for that. Once I really screwed up the air flow meter and had to let it sit for 20 minutes while everything dried out. Was a pain to start back up but that's what I get for crossing deep water.

I'm actually loving my track bar in the front after completely reengineering it. It pushes the pass side over to clear my coilover when I stuff the pass, then hauls it over to the driver side when I stuff the driver. This was much needed clearance on my build.

Nice trick, will try this after my job interview.

Finished my dash. I have speakers now, and a lot less wires showing.

This was done over a few days, but just the same. I just got to remember not to start multiple projects at the same time.

I got some military terminals for under $5 so I redid the cable ends

Got my taurus fan installed and wired w/ a dc controler.

I have to finish painting my rear quarter window vents. I started the parking/turn signal mod. On top of that I am rewiring my fogs to a relay so I can control em independent of the headlights but still work from the main switch.

I'll post when I get more done

Finally replaced my leaking radiator. I love that moment when you can throw an old, faulty part in the dumpster

You need one of those gas pedals shaped like a big foot.

Lol. It's actually got a really fast throttle pull. I may have to raise the pedal to shorten its pull arm as what was half throttle is wide open.

Well, this morning I had to beat on the starter to get my Jeep running. Looks like it is time to put another starter in it this weekend.. Dammit, I was needing to replace the pads this weekend. Looks like that will have to wait till next weekend.

Picked up the oil filter adapter o-ring set this morning... now to find some courage to change them out - oh, and a T-60 too.

I scrubbed my headlight lenses with Mothers mag polish and they look brand new again.

I spent about 2 hours trying to figure out what happened to my drawtight trailer harness....I got no trailer lights and the only problem I can find is that there is only 3 volts coming out of the module....what can this mean?
