My blower motor started making a weird noise the other day, sounded like something was stuck in the fins. So today I took the blower motor out to invistigate..

Here is what was making the noise

Bunch of debris inside

So the moral is.. Keep your wiper cowl clean.. And wow it is sooooo much quieter now

now that would have been funny

I used the needle nose to pull a couple pair of block fuses that were keeping the motor from coming out

figured out how to wire up the stereo right! the blue and white wire for the shut off for your aftermarket amp goes to the solid blue wire on the stereo..then you just splice in another wire for your aftermarket amp. so now the radio, CD and aux all work! wiring up the sub right now to make sure it works then gonna hide the wires and ill be done! for now.. then tomorrow im going to get some bigger wire for the amp to subs and then the next thing to do is put in the 4 kicker speakers. gonna sound sweet

That's the second one this week! A friend had that same window broken in Milwaukee and stuff was stolen. Effin' thieves.

tested out the sub, seems to work but the jeep hasnt been started in 2 days so i didnt want to put anymore drain on the battery so i hope it starts tomorrow haha. i ended up pulling a stupid and tried to drill out the grommet on the drivers side foot panel and ended up slicing 2 wires in the harness. pulled them out and soldered them back together. unsure what the other one was for but one was for the abs..the light was on but isnt anymore. now just to put the washerfluid bottle back in and clean up the wiring so i can get it ready to go to work in 4 hours haha. if anyone ever asks me to help them wire in subs in a zj..i will laugh..

The crank pulley/vibration damper separated. APPARENTLY, it is all one unit GLUED together. At 177k miles, it came apart... the part cost me $57 and should be here....now. I don't work til 3 so I should have plenty of time.

They are Hella knock-offs. Bright as hell!
