Seeing those pics reminds me of why I hate mud. Looks like a hell of alot of fun though!

Pics of the header panel, grille, and headlights I installed yesterday. Thinking about painting the trim around the headlights black. Yay or nay?!

I think they are made out of nickel which is mined in Canada, Africa, ect. Which used massive amounts of resources to pull it out of the earth not to mention the toxic by products of refinement. Then it needs to be shipped to Japan or where ever they assemble it, then shipped to the U.S. By the time it reaches the driver, it has already polluted more than a Hummer driving d bag would over 300k miles if the truck lasted that long. We don't even know what the consequences of nickel batter disposal will be when those cars reach the end of their life. It's a huge scam and those people who drive them are gaping buttholes.

Saw the 4ft tall or so snow bank at the end of my driveway while pulling it in the garage and decided to compact it down a bit. Heres a pic she snapped as I hit got on top of it.

dropped my fuel tank. broke a fuel line disconnect that goes from the pump to the filter. got one at Auto zone. will fix the line and finish my new fuel pump.

also, used Rubberized Undercoating where the fuel tank goes. now its protected.

Thank you. I wish more people understood this. I talked an old lady out of a Prius at the Chicago Auto Show this year. I felt so accomplished in doing so.

I'm glad to hear some of the people considering them may still have part of a brain somewhere in their hollow head. It's really sad we don't have parking spots like that (or commuter lanes) where I live because I'd tear them up on a regular basis haha

Been there, done that, never want to go back. My fuel line now has zip ties for reinforcement on the disconnect because it wouldn't slide on the new one any further.

Well mine was about 4 hours, but I also had to undo p.o.'s hack job. And then install new header panel grille and headlights.. Theyre awesome. And acidanton I meant just painting the chrome bezel around them. Not tinting the entire thing.

Although, I do have a problem with the driver side not seating right. It's pitched in..might add a bolt to it to the panel to pull it where I need it to be. And haven't set up the leds yet.
