Could get some angle iron or aluminum. Cut 1 in pieces, rivet those to the fender, then mount the flare to it. If spaced right might look cool too.

Yeah those don't look too bad. A lot cheaper than bushwhackers.

Picked up my 3" re coils for the front. Just waiting on two more Rancho XL shocks to put my lift on the zj. I am also putting on 2" spacers with my coils.

squazz: thanks for suggestion to check Motor Mounts, it paid off,
Motor mounts were shot.As you can see.
The other one was even worse.Replaced them yesterday. The left one was a PITA.
I was getting an engine vibration when engine is brought up to 1500 rpm at 2000 it would go away.
I was also getting a shaking, vibrating thing when in gear, and when I would come to a stop it would shake, vibrate.
The harmonic balancer was wobbling so I replaced that, vibes only got a little better.Next step check motor mounts,oh ya they are bad.
Man what a difference its like night and day. Now, only a very very slight vibration but I haven't done the trans mount yet.

Tried to figure out how to cut my rears. Anyone have any idea? I've seen it done to xjs and wjs. I can't find it for zjs anywhere.
